“Eglītes mežs” Ltd. was founded in 1992. At the beginning the company started its operations by  producing hardwood and softwood sawn timber.

In 2002 the company decided  to specialize in producing only birch sawn timber, furniture components. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we are able to offer for our partners the high quality birch lumber. Our main markets are in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Austria.

Due to the positive growth and development, the company has expanded the product range by starting the production of firewood and is mainly producing birch, as well as ash and oak, firewood.  Currently there is being exported firewood to England, Ireland, Sweden, Germany and other countries.

The company is working on to provide the high quality production to our existing and potential partners. We believe that the long term, resistant relationships are based on honesty and reliability.
